Pearl Klein is a live-action language generator for creative socially conscious entrepreneurs. Through a combination of poetic power, handholding, and interview skills, Pearl helps business owners create a clear, memorable and engaging written persona. Her work as a writer, actor, director, and creative marketer on the Seattle theater fringe enhances her ability to draw the best out of her clients and keeps her moving toward her dream of helping artists and entrepreneurs discover the best ways to unite creative fulfillment and economic sustainability. She thrives on working with changemakers who are brilliant, chaotic, neurotic, and need a powerful, meaningful message that shows the world how they can change it.
Having vowed early in life to make a living with words, she’s found a variety of ways to do this, including teaching college English; editing business and economics textbooks; and proofreading an “adult” detective novel. She has a BA in Literature from the University of Chicago, an MFA in Creative Writing/Poetry from the University of Washington, and two certificates in writing and directing for stage and screen.
In an alternate universe, she would be a perpetual student, taking classes linguistics, classic languages, and film history.
Pearl Klein is a woman to be reckoned with, being sharp of mind and quick of wit. She considers herself an artist in residence of the State of Washington, which financed her graduate and post-graduate education.
